Supplementary Daycare

In the school and family supplementary daycare, registered learners of Buchrain School are looked after from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. (before and after class). The above elements can be signed individually.

The deadline for the registration for the school year 2024/25 was on Sunday, June 16th, 2024.

‍

All registrations will be checked, which come in in summer will be checked in August. You will receive an e-mail, if your contract is accepted or declined. The contract/confirmation and all booking details can be seen on the App of Leoba or on https://eltern.leoba.ch/auth. After your booking you have to register there to find all your details.

The afternoon care from 15.15 until 18.00 in the Hinterleisibach is fully booked and we don't accept any furhter bookings for this element 4.

‍

Please pay attention to the following registration information:

• Parents, whose kids already attend the day care during the school year of 2023/24, can re-register on https://eltern.leoba.ch with the given login. There is also the possibility to add other childern. The running contracts of the school year 2023/24 end automatically by the end of the school year.
• Parents, whose childern would like to attend the day care for the first time, should register on the following link.‍

By each element, it has to be noted, at what time the child is going where or if she/he stays in the day care.

‍

Registration is binding and valid until the end of the school year. The contract can be terminated with a 1-month notice period to the end of a month. In the case of cancellations and changes, a processing fee of CHF 50.00 will be charged. The contract can be cancelled online. Changes have to send to tagesstrukturen@schulebuchrain.ch. Single, additional bookings can be asked for in the app.

Our supervisors are Nermin Akil, Regula Beer, Sarah Beer, Rita Bründler, Doris Bucher, Dragana Dubovac, Petra Höltschi, Maryam Jafary, Lea Merki, Debora Miserendino, Jvana Schacher and Jacqueline van den Broek.  In addition, civilian service providers support the day structures in the support and care of the children. Doris Wehrmüller is responsible for the administrative management of the daycare and Fabienne Bernet is in charge of the educational management of the daycare.

Short-term absences must be reported on https://eltern.leoba.ch/auth on the day of absence before 11 o'clock. This is an essential information so we know every child is accounted for.

The elements of the school and family-complementary daycare are offered during school hours from Monday to Friday. During the school holidays and on the days off from school (according to the holiday plan/publication Gemeindeschule Buchrain) the care remains closed, with some expections (please view the holiday day care information).
